If anybody encounters connection issues, they should contact support and only if support can't help (might be your wifi, etc) then the forum might be helpful for tips and trick. And if people do report things to the forum, they should make sense. This is a useless report with no info whatsoever in it.

After reviewing your circuit, it does look like your connection speed has dropped. This is likely do to a physical issue with the copper line used to deliver your service. We would like to run some additional line tests so we can isolate the problem. Please DM me or contact our support team so we can work to resolve this issue.
