Fusion service voice line a VoIP?

Sorry for the multiple questions. :)

Is the voice line included with the Single line Fusion service a VoIP service? I am wondering if there is a power outage if the voice will still work or not.

It's a real dial tone, and it works even if the power is out. No adapters, no power packs, or anything else is required.

Yep, its plain old telephone service (POTS), not VOIP. Your line will have copper wire all the way back to the telephone company switching office, and will be powered from the batteries at that office, just like the phones our grandparents and parents grew up with. In fact phones like the one in this photoImage will work just fine on a Fusion line. I use one like it every day.
