Greetings! .
I've been looking to upgrade my internet so I can stream from my home office, but the best offer you have for my location is 12mb/s down :( . I've called customer service and they said my location isn't even on the waiting list for fiber. How do I get the ball rolling?
I'm in the big pink building up on Buena Vista Ave with 100+ other units that would likely also benefit from fiber. :)
Thank you!

Buena Vista appearance to have underground utilities. As far as I'm aware, Sonic still isnt able to deploy fiber where utilities are underground as the trenches belong to ATT and Comcast. Microtrenching still isnt allowed in SF and the city leadership doesnt seem interested in making any changes. I'm afraid ATT and Comcast are your only options for high speed internet for the foreseeable future.
