Fiber expansion Franklin Park area (Danbeck Ave) Status

Hello all,
I'm hoping this is seen by someone at Sonic who deals with fiber expansion / permitting.
About 7 months ago I saw a full crew of sonic employees inspecting powerlines in my neighborhood which includes my exact street. I chatted with one of the crew members who confirmed that they were inspecting the poles/lines for future fiber expansion. I didn't pressure him for a time table as I work in IT (we use Sonic Fiber at my work :] ) and understand the complexities involved. He did say that it could be 6 months or more after their inspection for rollout to start.
So with that, I've been checking religiously for availability at my address in the hopes of seeing the fabled pre-order option for gigabit fiber without luck. I called in to ask if there's any contact info for someone who could confirm that expansion is planned in my area and to find out if there's an ETA. I'd assume permitting is the holdup being in sonoma county.
Anyways, I took the liberty of surveying my neighbors who are salivating at the prospect of having Sonic fiber available. Suffice it to say that you'd start recuperating cost with a very decent conversion rate for this new service area.
TL;DR; I live on Danbeck ave in Santa Rosa which is adjacent to active Sonic fiber and I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could look into the status of fiber expansion for my zone and potentially provide an ETA.
