Is this the expected speed?

I'm in North Oakland and I just ran a speed test (at speedtest.net). It says I'm getting 4.84 Mbps DL and 0.81 Mbps UL.

Is that within the ballpark of what I should expect?

I can't say without more information. Do you know what your distance in wire-feet from the central office is? If not, give our support a call. We can give you that information and also check for other problems that could be slowing down the connection.

The Fusion prequal tool says I'm "8,093 wire feet from our local serving office".
