I'm moving to a place where Sonic says fiber is available via ATT, but supported by Sonic.

Does that scenario still use the Sonic standard equipment like the Adtran 411?

We're remodeling before we move in and I wanted to put in as much pre-wiring as possible before the insulation goes up (which is this weekend!).

All fiber services have similar components: an optical network terminal or unit, and a residential gateway. There is also an analog telephone adaptor when we deliver over AT&T’s network, whereas that function is integrated into the ONT for our own network.

Sonic resold AT&T fiber uses the same equipment as the AT&T fiber. It's an Arris BGW210 router.
