Fiber on Whitman (Hayward)

Hello, new customer here (< 3 months) - could you add Whitman St in Hayward. This street reportedly already has fiber south of Harder St. But, the block north of Harder does not have any, including my large complex Park Orchard. There are quite a few apartments in my area. DSL is lackluster in performance so really eager to see fiber coming.....soon.
