Hi,

From home, I can't see my company's website. but from work, I can see it fine. (isitdown.com also says the site is up)

I have gigabit fiber in Orinda (sonic via ATT fiber and hardware)

with a little research, this looks like a dns problem and so want to check the settings.
The modem doesn't appear to have a dns configuration. Is there a way to set it to google's dns servers?

Hi, Not sure which model gateway you have (not the modem - the modem only converts the analog phone signal). But did you try changing DNS in your NIC settings? In MS Windows for example you would go to Network and Internet > network connections > wifi interface name

Sounds like if you can get to other webpages, this issue might not be caused by DNS. Could be the security settings administered by your company regarding external access to their website. For example: a company VPN is needed.

But still worth a try. Good luck!
