Lost all Fusion services (voice and Internet) in San Francisco. Modem is connected and phone has dial tone, but phone calls fail and no Internet connectivity.

Contrary to:

Update: 6:45 AM All service has been restored. Two gateway routes had to be replaced after they did not come back up after a software upgrade. We are working with our vendors to determine the cause so this does not happen in the future.

from https://sonicstatus.com/ , it appears that services have not been restored.

I looked into your situation and fortunately, your service was not impacted by this outage. The outage was centralized to 2 pieces of equipment that do not serve your circuit thankfully. Looking at your customer information, you may be running into a MAC limit issue. Please call into support for further assistance.

Thank you

Modem is connected but no Internet, there is no phone service (but there is dial tone), so this has nothing to do with MAC.

Looks like the Internet service was restored minutes ago, but the phone service is still down (there is dial tone, but when dialing out the phone hangs up. The interesting thing is that the dialed phone rings. Dialing in goes to voice mail.)

... and the phone finally started to work!

It would be good to have more timely issue updates on https://sonicstatus.com ... while they are issues.
