Hello, I was wondering if anyone is having issues with Sonic and accessing the Disney+ app? It works on my phone with the phones internet connection but it will not for anything work with any of the televisions or computer connected to the Sonic wifi. I have tried to contact Disney about this but the wait time is crazy and I have uninstalled & re-installed the app & re-started the internet as well with no luck what so ever. Anyone that has this issue or has resolved it please let me know what you did to make it work.
I have also been having issues like this with Disney+ and I currently do not have Sonic internet services at my home. Sonic does not restrict the use of Disney+.
Please make sure other streaming services are working and possibly test your speeds to make sure you have a stable connection. If you have any issues with your connection contact our support team.
