I 'm a new renter of this apartment and I ordered it Gigabit fiber installation online days before. And I haven't got any response yet. Actually I saw some legacy Sonic devices (router or something I don't know) on the wall inside the house, I wonder if it is possible to make it quicker to let us access the internet. really need internet for work.

Did you get an email confirmation of your service order?

Yes, if there is an existing Sonic optical network terminal, you're likely eligible for a self-installation, and we'd just UPS out a router to you. That should occur automatically, but provisioning can check on that for you.
