Sonic claiming I never returned equipment.

I canceled my service, in September, and moved down to southern California. Boxed everything up including a print out of the RMA number in side the box and thought everything would be fine. Turns out they are now claiming i never returned anything and are going to charge me 250$+. of course it was a prepaid shipping label from them and i didn't hold on to my confirmation receipt this long. Anyone know how to get a tracking number or how to find out if UPS lost the package?

The email that Sonic sends with the shipping label would include the tracking number, so you could check with UPS to see where it ended up!
