I just noticed that my neighbors on 30th Ave and 32nd Ave north of Geary have gigabit fiber service. I live on 31st Ave but only DSL is available. Are there technical problems of having fiber connection on 31st Ave? Will there be fiber service for 31st Ave? I used to be a sonic customer and would really love come back and ditch comcast if there's fiber service.
