I'm outside of the immediate fire area (Forestville) but since we got electricity back the DSL has been virtually useless. Forget about Netflix, and a large web page is likely to time out before completing.
Support phone has a message from Oct 27th, and all I got from the support email was the automatic response. What's up? This isn't the level of CS that Sonic normally provides.

Taking a look at the historical graphs for your circuit I'm not seeing an obvious culprit for your issue - the sync rates and even bandwidth usage pre/post power outage look very similar. I ran a line test and the results look comparable to previous line tests so I don't think it's physical line problem. The power event may have affected your router in an unanticipated way, have you reset that device?

Mud in my eye, or whatever the expression is. Problem was my end, I swapped out the modem for an old one I had kept (from the last time I had a problem, same model Netgear) and everything is working fine.
