Any idea when this is happening? I have been a long-time customer and I am tired of paying more for less. I am curious when you are making your way from Pac Heights over.
We are taking orders today for service in Lower Pac Heights, but NOPA for example isn't yet in process. We're focused on the most achievable regions that we can get built quickly, and where we have the most members, so keep spreading the word, membership growth is the primary thing that fuels expansion.
But notable in SF: currently they do not allow new utility construction using trenchless methods, so for areas served by underground utilities, we don't yet have a solution. We'll continue to advocate with the City on this issue in hopes of seeing it resolved in the future.
