wifi being super slow, can't do anything on it

I had my router installed yesterday, and it worked fine. Then, this morning, it was so slow I wasn't even able to do a google search. It seriously can't load anything. I've never had wifi before so I'm not really sure what the problem could be or how to fix it.

First thing to do is reboot your router. Turn it off and leave it off for 30 seconds, then power up again. If that doesn't work, reboot your computer. If that doesn't work, call Sonic tech support.
