To wrap up this topic, or at least my part of it:

My install took place last week. As steven.thomas indicated, the keystone jacks weren’t a problem. For reasons having to do with cable routing rather than compatibility, the installer replaced the RJ45 keystone jack on my Ethernet cable and installed it, along with a new keystone fiber jack, on a new wall plate. No muss, no fuss, no problem.
