Connection is Constantly Dropping at Night

I'm becoming rather annoyed with these dropped connections that seem to occur during the late evening on most nights. I'm constantly having to reconnect my roku box to the internet, while trying to enjoy netflix and restarting my internet browser due to my dsl connection going out randomly at night. This problem has been on going for some time now. Is there a reason why this continues on a nightly basis? Is the connection to the Napa area just slow and unstable, due to the location?
