My Fusion service will be activated today at 11am. Do i need to do configuration or the unit already configured to plug and play. I don't see any setup guide in the package i received. What is the down time of both phone and internet?
The modem is configured to work with our dynamic Fusion service out of the box. If you ordered static IPs some configuration will be required.
