Is there anyway to have your systems send out a text to customers when a scheduled maintenance is set for the customer's area? There has been many an occasion when the down time has effected me, and it would be nice to know in advance so I can plan accordingly.

We're working on improving our current notification system, but I apologize if you haven't received notifications about service impacting maintenance in advance. While we work out the bugs in the system, check out https://twitter.com/sonic_status for planned network events, maintenance, and outage information.
