There is a newly constructed meritage homes community right behind Heritage Baptist Academy in Antioch, CA - 94531. My friends in brentwood right across CA-4 have sonic fiber connectivity. I would like to know whether any plans to bring it to Antioch. Below are the details,
Communitiy Name: Verona by Meritage Homes
Occupancy: 10 - 15 Percentage
Under Construction: 20 Percentage
Yet to be Built - 65 - 70 Percentage
This is a new community and there is one more new community by Century Communities adjacent to Verona and the occupancy rate is 1-3 percentage. Do you have any plans to bring in the fiber connectivity?
