Today was suppose to be my re-scheduled install after my first one was missed last Wednesday. Again it's a no show and this time it was a 2 hour window as opposed to a 8 hour window. It seems like Sonic can't get through to AT&T either to figure out what the problem is, but this is terrible as I can't continually just keep taking a day off here and there for "scheduled" installs when they aren't being fulfilled.
This is an atrocious experience as it's been pretty much over a month since I put in for the fiber upgrade. Should I expect more missed install dates? Will an install actually even happen?
