Hi
I live in San Francisco, Cow Palace area. I have Fusion internet service for about a week. Before I installed it, I did a little bit research about this internet service. The distance from CO is about 6K, so the speed should be around 7-8 MB download speed, according to the website :http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r269108 ... ance-chart. However, the actual internet speed is about 3-4 MB download speed, which is half of it. Sometimes, it would be slower (like 1.5 MB download speed). This is far from what I see from the chart. Any suggestion?

Call 611 from your Fusion line to speak to support and ask them about it.

It's also possible that there couldn't be wiring issues within your residence that could be affecting your speed. Again, support should be able to pinpoint it for you.
