Outage in Sunset SF? 5-10 minutes down?

Internet went out around 2035-2045. Couldn't tell if it was my equipment or if Sonic was down. The WAN link on my router was cycling between up and down. Looked like a couple lights on the ONT were out.

Tried to contact support but their reply to me was they are closed and try again between 8am to 10pm.

Today is Sonic's 25th birthday and the company has a short day and party so no one is currently staffing phones. They will be back tomorrow at 8am.

Sonic Support will be closing early this Friday, 7/26/2019, at 5pm to celebrate our 25th birthday!

Our 24×7 network operations team will remain on call for our Enterprise, dedicated circuit and colocated customers.
Support will return Saturday, 7/27/19, to normal working hours, 8am to 10pm.
