Upgrade Question

just need more clarification why i cant get a 50mb
when i chose upgrade options i got option for Fusion X2
but when i chose my neighbor behind fence and use Check Availability tools it said he can get Fiber to the node 50mb

almost looks like your image answers it. sonic uses att fiber line for the offering and if they don't offer it at your location, sonic can't use it. might want to ask att
