Service seemed to be intermittent yesterday (7/14/2019). I power cycled the Pace, didn't help much. Better today. Anyone know of a system issue? Or maybe it's the Pace. I've got a 3rd party modem on the way.
I checked out your connection and it looks good on my end. I think we should send a technician out to check the quality of the lines if you get the new router/modem and it is still acting up.
