Outage in inner sunset

Started around 2:15am; home right now with a 2 week old newborn. Been trying to find some sort of support but all channels seem to be closed.
Your best option is always to contact support and check their status pages. Looks like they did some pre-announcement maintenance. Maybe that caused it ?
