4 Weeks With No Service - Los Angeles - Fusion IP throught AT&T

It's been four weeks since I placed my order, and I still don't have an installation date yet.

Apparently there was a batch of orders that got corrupted so we're waiting on AT&T to fix the issue.

I'm not sure if this just happened to Los Angeles customers, or if it's more widespread than that.

Anyone here effected by this? Maybe we can start a support group and talk about what it was like to have internet.
