I just installed the sonic.net internet two days ago. Today I found the network speed was unbelievable slow.

Could anybody help me take a look?

BTW, I tried to power it off and on but nothing becomes better.

I once got at least 6M/1M two days ago. And I didn't touch anything especially the wires... :(

Called the support hotline. It gets a little better now - 2mbps/800kbps. Still much slower than before. But at least it doesn't drop again and again. Let me try to use it and see what would happen.

Update: still see the following warning and connection issue.
Uncanceled Echo: 21.1 dB Suspicious - check phone filters and alarm

Sounds like a local wiring issue, I'd guess that you will need to schedule a visit by our technician. Do ring support!

It looks like we already have a dispatch set up. At this circuit's loop length there has to be a fairly serious physical issue to cause this kind of performance. Something appears to be putting a lot of impulse noise on the line above 620kHz.
