Sonic Fusion (AT&T) Fiber Now Available in Santa Rosa

My parents live in the Montgomery Village neighborhood of Santa Rosa and have been stuck with Comcast for a while since they're about 10,000ft from the AT&T CO. I try to run a weekly check to see if fiber is available since Comcast reliability in their neighborhood hasn't been great. Today is the first time that Sonic.com shows 1000/1000 AT&T fiber as available. I've placed the order and it sure feels good to finally get them a fiber product.
I'm posting because there doesn't seem to be a lot of talk about Santa Rosa, and I know there are probably a few Comcast customers out there that will be happy to make the switch, but won't be notified about the new service.
