Daily outages with SR515AC RG

We have had Sonic fiber internet for a couple of years with good service. Recently, internet started dropping out once or twice a day. Power cycling the RG bring it back online. The ONT seems stable and it does not seem like the problem is with the fiber. Sonic sent a replacement SR515AC, but the daily outages continue. Anyone else have this problem?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with your connection. I have reviewed your circuit and believe there may be a physical issue causing these drops outs. Someone will be reaching out to you shortly to schedule an appointment with one our installers to diagnose/repair this.
