Hello, I did search and found an old topic back from April 2022 on this and wanted to check if anything has changed. In the old post it said that AT&T would not allow such a switch without disconnecting service for a month, which I cannot do for work reasons.

I currently have Fusion IP Broadband Residential X2, STI-0404472-5 - SIID 1583964-1 69.99.

After entering my address to see if any new Sonic services were available I am presented with only this FUSION IPBB-C $49.99.

Both are advertised as 50mbps. I certainly would like to get the same performance for $20 less per month. Would this be a seamless change? Thanks... Tom

Hello!

Sadly there is a possibility that you will still see some downtime for switching the service. Hopefully AT&T will be willing to change this in the future.

Best Wishes!
