Internet access discussion, including Fusion, IP Broadband, and Gigabit Fiber!
Hi there,
I just had Sonic installed a few weeks ago, and I'm dealing with speeds that are just as slow as when I had Xfinity.

The technician mentioned a router could help improve speeds, but this seems really low for fiber internet speeds.
Any advice?

No - I connected directly with Sonic not through AT&T

Is it possible for you to plug your computer/laptop directly into the ONT (to negate the router in the equation) and see what speeds you get?
